This blog, as the name of the site suggests, provides a variety of information about tea for men. I hope to provide information that will be of interest to those who are interested in tea and those who are not in the habit of drinking it.
Why black tea?
I started drinking tea more than 10 years ago, and I was hooked by the abundance of tea leaves and the different tastes of different brands of the same tea leaves. Now, whenever I see an unfamiliar tea leaf, I buy it on impulse without thinking twice, and I always have more than 20 kinds of tea leaves at home.
Another reason is simply that drinking tea is cool, like being an English gentleman! There is also the shallow reason that I admire English gentlemen, don't you?
On the other hand, I feel that there are very few people who drink tea every day compared to coffee. At least, I don't have any friends around me that I can get excited about tea. Furthermore, the majority of men do not drink tea at all.
What kind of things are you communicating on this blog?
In this blog, I would like to share with you the appeal of tea, especially for men. I hope it will be a place where you can get interested in tea and find tea friends.
Rather than talking about the different types of tea leaves and how to make tea, I would like to tell people that this brand of tea is recommended for people who are interested in tea. I would like to be able to tell people that this brand of tea is recommended for these people. If there is a need for more specialized information, I will gradually increase the number of articles.
Why is it for men?
Many of the men around me are non-tea drinkers, and I need someone to talk to about tea! There must be men who like tea too! That's when I started this blog. When I started this blog, I asked about 20 of my friends why they don't drink tea. Most of them said that they didn't have a habit of drinking tea, or that they only knew about Earl Grey.
If that's the case, I hope this blog will convey the appeal of tea and get even one person interested in tea. I also hope that this blog can be a place for people like me who want to make more tea friends to exchange ideas.
